We aim to provide the best in privacy on our app and have designed our services and app with ‘privacy by design’. However, ultimately, your privacy concerns you; therefore, we encourage you to have the best software and technology provisions to ensure you are safe at your end, as we can never guarantee that.

Wellbeing4me™ services are for the ongoing care requirements of you and your wellbeing, health, and wellness goals.
We strongly recommend using a VPN service to use our application (app) to ensure your safety, privacy, and security are protected. Whilst the Wellbeing4me™ application (app) has an original ‘privacy by design’ foundation, it is still essential to ensure safety, privacy, and security are adhered to at your end as we cannot guarantee security with your systems or our systems either. All systems can potentially be hacked, monitored, or abused, so please note we require you to utilize our systems in a sensible manner, whereby we need you to take responsibility for your privacy, safety, and security choices.

The purpose of this app and our clinic services is to provide you with trusted information from knowledgeable businesses, practitioners, and healthcare practitioner(s).
Personal and Sensitive Information
If you contact us in any way, we will collect your email address or other details that you supply, such as your name and phone number.
Please do not provide other personal or sensitive information unless you wish for us to have it.
Other than circumstances such as unlawful activity or mandatory reporting scenarios, do not share personal information with Wellbeing4me™ clinic, application (app), or other associated online services. If you need information from another health, wellbeing, or wellness service provider, you need to contact them directly. You can opt out of contact from us at any time.
At any stage, you can ask us about the information we hold of you, and you can ask to update your personal information if you have changed email addresses.

At any stage you can lodge feedback, or a complaint about the services that have been supplied by Wellbeing4me™, please endeavour to follow the right channels and contact Wellbeing4me™ directly, first. At any stage you can contact us to provide feedback and we will do our best to rectify any issues you have first. Before using the app, please ensure you have the adequate capabilities on your various technology devices, e.g. Smart phone, website browser and/or PC or Mac to view the app.
