ROOMS TO RENT

Room Rental Costs

1) Half day rate – $50 per half day (no lock in rate)

2) Day rate – $85 per day (no lock in price)

3) 2 days per week – $160 per week

4) Weekly rate – $250

5) Monthly rental for one day per week – $300

6) Monthly rental for two days per week – $500

7) Monthly rental for 3 days per week – $660

8) Monthly rental for 4 days per week – $770

9) Monthly room rental – for 7 days a week access (of the room only) – $880

All of the above include electricity and all other items – and furniture.

If you take the monthly rate of $880 – you bring your own furniture.

Furnished room is supplied if you rent by the day or half day.

Note that all inclusions are included if you rent monthly at the full rate. You get your name on the door, no charge as well.

Additional charges apply for signage if you rent by the day / proportionally by the month.
